Planet Chic Accessories & Imports was established by a TWA Flight Attendant who was traveling the airline's international routes and turned a passion for exotic travel and collecting unusual artifacts into an importing business. In particular, her love for the history and mysticism of ancient Egypt inspired the Egyptian Princess Imports Collection featuring the jewelry and special handicrafts of Egyptian artisans.
